Each customer received a very individualized stylistic approach, trained to focus on making a connection over making a sale, and pushed for the customer to try as much on as possible to get a sense for their unique style and preferences. I was also in charge of running an entire section of the store, dealing with merchandising, visuals, try-ons and sale productivity.

Made appointments with companies and merchandise areas at a specified store. At each visit I was given a generic planograms and visuals, which had to be modified to fit the merchandising needs to the specific store merchandised.
